Yeah now the ones on the Touch screen's password keyboard are smaller, BUT you can hold your finger to the scren and it will highlight the letter/number you're on and you can just move your finger on screen till the letter you want is highlighted. So as long as you don't lift you're finger it won't mistype the letter.
