The Mogul is a great phone in theory.
But Sprint's poor execution and follow through will cause MANY mogul users to switch to even lesser phones or carriers (although some may go to better phones like the Kaiser).
By the time they fix these issues the Mogul won't have nearly the userbase it could have had.
