I've never paid this for a phone. I will do anything to keep SERO though, but I wonder if chatting with a rep, or even online can get me any other type of deal?
Obviously you have no choice in the matter with straight web ordering. But it should be possible to at least talk to someone that can do some additional service credit or something.
