AT&T ''A-List'' Feature, Fave 5 Rip-Off?

It appears that AT&T is about to take a page out of T-Mobile and Verizon's books. Both carriers have offered similar bonuses (myFaves for T-Mo, Friends & Family for VZW) that give users free calling to 5 numbers of their choosing. Now AT&T is going down the same road, with the introduction of the A-List.
According to the press-release, certain AT&T customers will be allowed to pick five "VIP" domestic phone numbers that they will have unlimited calling for. FamilyTalk plans will get a total of ten lines to choose from. This deal will be available for individual Nation plan users who spend more than $59.99 per month, and FamilyTalk customers who spend more than $89.99 per month.
AT&T's A-List launches on September 20, 2009. If you're one of those rare people who spends enough time on the phone to need this (get with the times; it's ALL about VOIP and IMing) it sounds like a pretty solid deal. Better late than never.
