in file explorer [you might need to use total commander or resco explorer instead] go to \windows\start menu and from there change the shortcut lnk files to what you want, they will show up as what you change them too.
As for ones in settings, you have to find the shortcuts in the windows folder and rename them DO NOT RENAME THE ACTUAL .EXE files!
