use the "titles only" from the dropdown box right below where u put your search terms..

or

you can also select "show posts" its "show threads" by default... this will give you results showing exactly where your search term is located... now if your search term is only used once, in say a 1200page thread, youll only see that one post

i dont search "ppcgeeks" but i do put PPC after any google search as suggested above... this way you usually get all the XDA hits as well...
