I don't have it, but try this..
HKLM\Software\HTC\EnlargeMenu
EnableManilaStartMenu = 1
(orginal TF3D startmenu) / 0(old WM startmenu)
is not needed.....
HKCU\Software\HTC\Manila
Manila://programs.page.hidden = 0
is not needed.....
