If anyone is, they know the scroll bar issue that comes with these newer roms, and what i want to know, is does the background extend to under the keypad when you scroll down? lastly, if it does, anyone tried just redusing that image by about 40 pixels to see if it removes the scrollbar?

It does not. Something is missing in the code of the dialer to get rid of the scrollbar. Also, in 23409 both the i910 and i900 dialers are broken in landscape.
