Yes the AMOLED screens can be used with both Capacitive or Resistive touch screens. In fact, the Samsung Galaxy (hopefully will share alot of DNA with the Samsung Instinct Q) has a capacitive screen and AMOLED. Seems like a winning combination for battery life and visibility
