From your Mogul open PIE and go to
www.operamini.com. You'll get a message saying it can't detect your phone model. Ignore this and click Download high memory version or the Beta of Opera Mini 4 (Beta works great on the Mogul). Follow on screen instructions. Once installed go to programs/Java/Applications to complete the install.
