your mip-mode should be simple ip only

if all of the settings are okay then call cricket and asked them to reset your account.

Everything you mentioned is to the T. I didn't change anything under EPST, password is 000000. I notice that when I add
mymumber@mycricket.com and the password "cricket" and I go back into the the settings tab the password is way different. It should look like this *******, but its long like this ***************. I don't know why it does that, and I don't get a popup stating that the username and password is incorrect.
