***remember the password should be lower case

also click on view info and click mip settings

your mip-mode should be simple ip only

let me know if anything else.

if all of the settings are okay then call cricket and asked them to reset your account.

Everything you mentioned is to the T. I didn't change anything under EPST, password is 000000. I notice that when I add mymumber@mycricket.com and the password "cricket" and I go back into the the settings tab the password is way different. It should look like this *******, but its long like this ***************. I don't know why it does that, and I don't get a popup stating that the username and password is incorrect.

This network connects the the internet - enabled
This network uses a proxy server to connect to the internet - enabled

Proxy server - wap.mycricket.com

HTTP = wap.mycricket.com:8080
WAP = blank
Secure WAP = blank
socks = blank
