This is the message I get when I enter a url in the address bar and try to get online. To test I typically type www.google.com, or www.yahoo.com, and after a few seconds I get this message in both Opera and IE:
"Not Found
The Requested URL /Brandstore /go was not found on this server"
Afterword the url changes to:
http://mycricket.clearmode.com/brandstore/go?page=subscription

under the connection settings verify that under select networks click on edit for cricket. you should have a cricket mobile web connection. click on edit. then click next then next. you should now have your

click finish. if the settings is there. if not enter that information.
also check proxy settings under advanced. your http should be
wap.mycricket.com:8080
if you click on it the server should be wap.mycricket.com
port 8080.
if the username and password is blank type in
your10digitnumber@mycricket.com
password: cricket
click ok on all screens until you are out of the connections settings.
test one more time.

also click on view info and click mip settings
your mip-mode should be simple ip only

if all of the settings are okay then call cricket and asked them to reset your account.
