This is the message I get when I enter a url in the address bar and try to get online. To test I typically type www.google.com, or www.yahoo.com, and after a few seconds I get this message in both Opera and IE:

"Not Found

The Requested URL /Brandstore /go was not found on this server"

Afterword the url changes to:

http://mycricket.clearmode.com/brandstore/go?page=subscription

under the connection settings verify that under select networks click on edit for cricket. you should have a cricket mobile web connection. click on edit. then click next then next. you should now have your
your10digitnumber@mycricket.com
password: cricket

click finish. if the settings is there. if not enter that information.

also check proxy settings under advanced. your http should be

wap.mycricket.com:8080

if you click on it the server should be wap.mycricket.com
port 8080.

if the username and password is blank type in

your10digitnumber@mycricket.com
password: cricket
click ok on all screens until you are out of the connections settings.

test one more time.

you might also want to check under your pst settings

##778##
click on edit
password should be 000000

click on view info and click on security.

your HDR AN AUTH USER ID - YOUR10DIGITNUMBER@MYCRICKET.COM
HDR AN AUTH PASSWORD - cricket
PPP USER ID -YOUR10DIGITNUMBER@MYCRICKET.COM
PPP PASSWORD - cricket

***remember the password should be lower case

also click on view info and click mip settings

your mip-mode should be simple ip only

let me know if anything else.

if all of the settings are okay then call cricket and asked them to reset your account.
