You should have never accepted the refurb. If you complain enough, on teh first replacement, it is possible to send a new device through warranty. But if they give out new devices to each person who has a problem, with a refurb that is sent out (and doesn't work), they'd go broke by tomorrow. You'd have a new phone, but no carrier to support it. Just like you, there are 30,000 more people with the same exact problem. Again, the device or manufacture isn't the issue, it's the carrier. Didn't someone say, the GSM model devices have less issues? So why not go to a GSM carrier?
