Just a curious question: do you get to deliver yourself your phone when it arrives? I'm just wondering if you do how early to work you'll be that day.

Heh. I don't deliver packages, but I do sometimes work in the building that delivers to my house. I also walk right past the specific package car that my package is sitting in. I've never actually taken my box out of the package car before a delivery attempt was made, but it has been VERY tempting. Being management, I could see someone complaining about me taking away union work if I were to grab my own package, so I don't want to go down that ridiculous road. I usually just have it delivered to work, so I get to play with it a few hours earlier at least. Really sucks when it's delivered by the other guys though! It gets announced through the entire office that your FedEx package has arrived. Doh.
Anyway, glad to shed some light, but also sorry that nobody else bothered to explain... Not that anyone will listen, but I'm going to share this with a couple people in the attempt to at least get the freaking script that they read modified. If they don't know anything, at least let them read it to the customer.
Now watch, your phone will be misdelivered and I'll look like a total chump.
