Are you charging via USB or the wall adapter? If so your probably using more power than it can charge. WMWifiRouter uses everything your phone has to offer, 3G data modem + Wifi adapter, and is a huge power user.
There is an updated battery driver (
nueBattery, nuePowerSPL is not needed), you can install to pull up to 1000mA thorough a USB port. Normally, the phone will only pull 500mA through a USB port. 1000mA is what the phone pulls when attached to the wall charger.
There is debate on whether or not this damages the battery or the USB port, but I have been using it since I've owned my Diamond with no ill effects. All it does is increase the USB charging rate to the AC Mains charging rate, so nothing is outside of manufacturer specifications except the fact you are pulling twice as much power from the USB port. (USB 2.0 specification states that 500mA is the limit, but again, I have had no problems by pulling 1000mA from a USB port.)
I don't know if Juicy included this power package or not, but If he did there would be an icon under the 'Start' Menu, under some folder, that says 'Toggle FastCharge'. Clicking this will enable fast charging (1000mA pull) through a USB port.
