Push Mail will do what its name implies. As soon as an email comes in, it will be pushed to your device, rather than having to "send/receive" to check for email. Its nice to have if you wait on emails throughout the course of the day. You can concentrate on other things and know that your mail will come through almost the instant it is sent. I love my mail2web as well. I have my Gmail forwarded to it and also get that mail as soon as it comes in.
