Mine is superfast, it must be something with your phone or maybe just do a hard reset. This is very fast.

You do not need to install the carrier cab. Go to the touch pro cdma upgrade root forum. and on this post, there is a paperclip just to the right of the writing, it will open a window in a new window, look through there. There is a few files that you want called Sprint Update PRI and PRL icons...somethign like that. However, DO NOT run that PRI, or you will have major probs.
