i had this same question and although nobody showed me i eventually figured it out. When you open your inbox for your email, click on menu at the bottom of the screen. It looks like all the selections are there but if you use your finger or the stylus to flick that upwards you get more choices. If you select tools and then options you should get what you were looking for. It took me awhile but the menus are just finger friendly and bigger so they don't all fit on the screen anymore. Hope this helps.
