Unhappy Sprint replacement/insurance question...

I need some "real" help the Sprint store and customer service were no help whatsoever. Anyway I have a PPC-6700 which started crashing, dropping calls, this that and the other. I went to my Sprint store and they basically blew me off, then I called customer service and they told me the same thing. I have to drive 50 miles (I know it's not much but gas prices are crazy) to get to a Store that has a "Tech" I pay $7 for Total Equipment Protection. Is there anything I can do short of having to go through Asurion??? Someone please help I seriously need my phone to work right now.
