Ummmm, so I can't even start the upgrade... because I get the following error message:
"Device Needs Power
Important: Please plug your device into a power outlet and click Try Again"
My phone is fully charged... but the problem is, my USB cable (from Sprint) plugs into the connector and the charger slot. So I can't plug in my power cable and my USB cable.
What am I supposed to do?!?!
