I just responded to you. Let me just say publicly that if UPS had been willing to cooperate with me and Sprint I wouldn't be responding now, I'd be driving to their local hub. Kudos to Sprint though. The order rep spent a goodly amount of time trying to get something worked out with UPS on my behalf. UPS just won't allow me to pick it up unless they've attempted delivery, which is of course next Tuesday. I'm not a happy camper right now.
