No disrespect Pot-na but you got it wrong. There is no such thing as "automatically" agreeing to a plan change. I've tried to activate an Instinct and a Pre on my sero account and the site clearly tells you "you have to upgrade to an everything plan" You have to either agree or disagree. They will never "automatically" just put you on a different plan.
