Here is what I have done yet far

-- I have succesfully flashed to the shipped ROM from the USB connection.
-- I have downloaded the relocker zipped file, unzipped it, ran the executable and took the signed NBH, renamed it to RAPHIMG.NBH
-- I formatted my Kingston 2 gig SD card to FAT 32 by setting the Touch Pro to connect as hard drive instead of active sync, then formating from the OS.
-- I then took the relocker renamed nbh file and placed it in the root of my SD card.
-- I hold down power and volume down for a soft reset
-- My phone instantly jumps from the tri colored screen to a grey screen showing "Loading..." forever.

What am I missing here? Any ideas?
are you sure you flashed the shipped rom, and not the dumped rom?
the executable file in the first post just goes on your phone to trigger the bootloader mode.
there's no file renaming required with the files provided in the first post. they are already properly named.
