Ok this what I did. I had went into start/settings/clocks&alarms. Did it again anyway for good measure. Then I went in to world clock. I had two locations a general central time zone that kept reverting to my default location and my custom city. They are both in the same time zone but my custom city would somehow go back 7 hrs. SO I deleted the default location and left my custom city only. Bingo wow I totaly overthought my ordeal.Its been a few hours, a couple test soft resets and 1 ram cleaning and I am still good to go. weather in the calander, still good on times, and no off time notifications. Thanks for the input guys! I hit the buttons.
