I am trying to install a down-loaded theme on my HTC Touch Pro (Alltel). I can download the .cab file to the phone and execute it ok, and it tells me to restart, but the theme is not loaded.

I have tried to install serveral different themes but to no success.

I called Alltel support. They took a test phone and downloaded and then installed a theme with no problems.

I was told to go into Settings-->today, and disable touchflo3d prior to installing the theme. But that didn't help.

I've even tried a hard reset of the phone---no luck.

Can anyone advise on what I am doing wrong? Would really like to get this to work and would appreciate any help! Thank you!
