I was wondering...

1)Why can't I get TEP (Total Equipment Protection) from Sprint, I thought my keyboard died earlier today (it works now, I just soft-reseted the phone) but I noticed that I could not click TEP as an addition to my plan. I used to be able to select it with my old phone. Why not anymore??

2)Is there a way I can have my phone tell my MSL without calling up Sprint?? I remember I had an app that could get the MSL by just running it (though it never worked). Is there a newer application that can serve this purpose?? Or will I be on the phone with Sprint immediately??
