hello i think this is a fairly common problem.i have had it happen to me before.my touch screen stopped responding and i decided it would be wise to do a hard reset.that did not fix it and now i am stuck at the screen alignment.i cant tap the plus sign therefore i cant set the phone up.i will call for a replacement but really need a way to use my phone while i wait.with or without the touch screen.is there any rom or anyway to hard reset and get past the tap screen to setup phone and then align screen page?
