How to I access and switch between the 10 designer themes? Thanks

Edit- I believe I found them, is my assumption correct that these do not affect TF3D? If that is the case, where might I find something that will spiff up the text messaging a little, because the stock one is a little ugly. I like the one in Energy Rom, but don't know what it's called.
