I have bad reception in the front of my house but friends/family of mine who use other carriers do not have this issue... So I wanted to change the phone to Roaming Only in the services tab of 'Phone' (under Settings, Personal). When I do this, the phone does not obtain a signal. It just searches.
I have an old HTC touch and it changes to Roaming (I assume Verizon or US Cellular service) when I change the settings from Automatic to Roaming Only.
Anyone have any ideas on how to get this to work and also possibly rectify the End Call issue?

I've been running 2.6 for the last few days so I couldn't test with the version you're running. I tested with 2.6 and switching to roaming works fine for me... searches for a few seconds then locks to a roaming signal. The end call issue I could only replicate once... I tried many times and the only time it happened was when I hit the end call button immediately after dialing. May be a bug with the Tachi dialer, but if it only happens every once in a while when ending a call immediately, it's not a huge issue for me. Try the new 2.6 rom when I post it in a few min and see if it fixes any of your problems.
