That is unchecked and it doesn't get rid of the beep. However, I see there's a new release of keyboard configurator that now allows me to pass thru the home key unaltered. btw... I highly recommend keyboard configurator if you are just trying to remap hardware keys. It's excellent... you can remap any key, w single, double or long click... and it just works.
