If you got to this point, you were Almost done, (Provided you did the "
Fix xv6800 after SPRINT update" as per instructions).
Otherwise, It's not to hard to understand.
Download file.
Un-zip file.
Open folder.
Open ReadMe.txt in folder called "First".
READ.
READ.
Open ReadMe.txt in folder called "Second".
READ.
Now if you understand what you read, go over it one more time.
ReadMe from First
Be connected to activestink.
(even if your device only boots to the windows splash screen activestink can still connect enough to load this 1.2 bootloader)
Run TitanUnlocker.exe
FOLOW THE ON SCREEN DIRECTIONS EXACTLY
INCLUDING THE UNPLUGING AND PLUGING BACK IN PART
Be patient and be sure that it is complete.
Then without disconecting, or restarting your device
go to the second directory and folow the directions there.
Official get back to Verizon xv6800 thread:

ReadMe from Second
While stil in bootloader mode run ROMUpdateUtility.exe
Follow the onsreen directions.
When your device boots up - LET THE VERIZON CUSTOMIZATIONS RUN.
Enjoy being back on Verizons service.
At this point you will need to run Olipro 2.4.
That puts the bootloader into the GPS ready phone.
Once you get the tri color screen that has Olipro 2.4, you are almost done.
Now put the Radio on an SD card thet has been formated fat32.
Make sure the file named "TITAIMG.nbh" is at the root of the card.
Put the card into the phone.
Hit the reset.
When the phone starts back up you are now ready to flash a GPS ROM.
Make sure that you read about the ROM that you are considering.
EDIT:
Added a few GPS programs. GPS Test is installed from PC.
mGpsCmd is a tittle program that you can paste to the Windows/Start Menu/Programs folder.
Or browse to it on the phone and tap it.
