I was looking at the TP2 as well, but just can't justify spending the money on it since it seems there are only two real differences. The screen is bigger, and it tilts. Aside from that the Processor, RAM, and ROM are all the same size. The big draw to it right now is going to be the software, which I will just have to have faith it gets ported.
Oh, and thanks in advance for posting a link to that cab TG. You rock!

Uhhhhh, Oops, I'm sorry, Veedub! LOL!!! Here it is. Install the sdkcerts first, then the Tom Tom Supported Compressed cab (which is the footprints). Normally, you'd have to install Google Maps before the Tom Tom, but since the latest version is already included in deck's rom, it isn't necessary.
ENJOY!!!
EDIT: After installation, the footprints program icon will be located in the start menu in a folder called 'multimedia.' This is kind of a drag, so I added a shortcut in my programs tab to make it more easily accessible.
BTW, I overstand what you're saying about the TP2 and not being able to justify paying the price, but I can't resist. The screen size, the fact that it tilts to make it easier to handle and the much larger keyboard with offset keys... I'm feeling it. One of my sorority sisters has the T-Mobile TP2, she let me play with it Saturday night. It's niiiiiiiiicccccceeee. It screams BUSINESS, has a nice weight to it, but isn't as large as I thought it was gonna be. Of course, with deck's rom, we're running the same manila on our TP1s that's on the TP2, but Good Lord, it looks sooooo much better on that larger screen. LOL. And now with the more recent pics that have been released of the Sprint Version, I'm sold...
