For people having In Call volume problems, do you have S2U2 installed?
If so do you have S2U2 volume check to on?
That is problem.

Make sure to look in the phone settings of S2U2 and turn off those settings.
All I use from the phone option in S2U2 is full screen caller id and slide to answer.
In call volume in S2U2 will screw up in call volume in many cases.
