As for trading in the phone or getting a refund - I'd be happy to go to the treo 800w at this point. Although I'd miss a big screen I'd really like a phone that I can use as a phone. Hopefully more people will post here - baw - Mogul not as advertised: Sprint, what now? - PDA and Smart Phones -

It seems to me that Sprint still stiffs you if you bought the mogul when it came out as the Touch is a less expensive phone.
