I'm also having this same problem. It looks like the keyboard is supposed to be there (ie. the screen shrinks to accommodate for it in certain places), but it's not there. It seems to happen when I'm putting in my POP3/SMTP E-Mail though... I got my Exchange server in there fine.
Also, is there any way to disable the loud noise it makes when pressing a key on the keyboard?
