I just don't think this or most of other things considered "bad" have to be made into laws. People just have to use their head and think about what is best for them and their surrounding. I mean, this is America and you only get one life.. live it to the fullest and not be dumb your reckless decisions. But as usual, everyone is different and I personally just avoid those people in real life that I considered unsafe for myself and my significant others.
About law in general, I agree.. there are too much rules out there and yet 80% of them are useless/junk. We need a major clean up, but everyone know that changing isn't easy for politicians.. Overall, quality > quantity
