not sure about that one. i think the warranty starts 1 year from when it is first activated. there's tons of info and threads related to this in the touch pro forum, and else where.

i prefer mightyroms. you'll have to try them out for yourself to see which you like best. it only takes a few minutes to flash a rom, so it's easy to switch around and try different ones out.

again...radios work differently for everyone, so you'll have to try them out to see which one gives you the best results.

what's wrong with using the email program that comes on the phone? i see it mentioned all over the place, that people use it for their gmail.
