COM4 23405 GUI changes have not been updated to the COM3 changes yet. As far as I can tell, the only change is that MS fixed the "Start Menu" taskbar corruption from 23403

As far as that link goes, no clue, but it looks interesting and I will look over more tomorrow when I am a little bit more sober.
