BTW, we can now send out your PDA's from a store! No more calling in (unless you get someone who may not be as versed on a Windows PDA as some others are :P)!!! Most do not know this process yet, so don't be rude if they try to call it in. Jst tell them (as though you have a buddy who works for Verizon...yours truely) to click the "Alternate" check box under the "CLNR Screen". It will allow us to what we call "d-fill" you replacements without having to deal with the "check the software version" stuff you get when calling in for the phone being seperated in half due to under-torqued screws...lol (no offense to the best company I've worked for lol). Thanks for the insightful information! Funny thing is when i was in the store they called some special customer service number that was called like WTSD or something like that.
