Well the real date is 11-05 but it is NOT a public release and it has nothing to do with the last 2.16 release at all.
It is just another test release only released to me and anyone else enrolled in the HTC Pre-release Rom Testing Program, my email says it is ver. 2.20.653.1 and will be Rev A active but nothing about GPS.
Don't ask for me to rip it, as it is downloaded directly and locked to my device. I will be so happy to get it as I've been stuck with different 2.16 roms for the last month.
