i just had this problem again yesterday, and revisited this post... uncanny.... i fixed it by doing the following:

(bluetooth must first be turned off on phone!!!) delete the WMDRM folder from the storage card, WITH bluetooth OFF! make sure there are no bluetooth shares checked on either phone or computer...

restart....

(to get rid of OTHER/phone in MY COMPUTER) view your set up bluetooth devices, click on your phone, (right click) goto properties, uncheck all services except active sync)
