I had the same problem on my wifes phone with 21054. I hard reset, it did something really wierd later too. I was moving files from the sd card to the phone nad it all the sudden stopped. I went to go see if the files were completly moved and I could only see the Windows folder and nothing else. I flashed back to stock, reflash 21054 and hard reset all is well now.
