You can just press the Magicall shortcut and disable the GV rule. Takes 1 1/2 seconds ( I just tried it ). This way your call will go out directly without using GV.
You can also make an "Exceptions Rule" and put in specific numbers that you don't want using GV when you dial out.
MordyT came up with the idea of how to enable Magicall to automatically use Google Voice. He also included the program he wrote that will download the rules automatically to Magicall.

Magicall is pretty effective and versatile in being able to set it up to use Google Voice, considering it is was developed way before Google Voice was made available.
The support given to Magicall by the Developer is excellent.
Software is only as good as the support given to it by its Developer.
