You mean the earpiece speaker or the speaker on the back of the phone? I have read that nfsfan's roms have a tweaked audio driver in them that will make the audio real loud and I have read you have to be careful.You can def replace the speaker on the back but I don't know about the earpiece speaker. There are a couple of threads on here about replacing the back one.
