Should be...but there are those who have the ability to fix themselves (are skilled enough and understand the consequences) and don't want to wait for a replacement.
That being said, I think i killed my keyboard by fixing it a 3rd time..

basically i duct taped ribbon cable connections last time and I think I tore keyboard ribbon cable when taking it off.
(the connection came loose again because I dropped onto tile floor this morning...)
buuuut I fully expect the used market on ebay to bottom out when TP2 comes out.. I'll take advatage of that and get a phone for replacement parts.
