Sprint have yet to make any radical moves since banning customers who abuses the support system and constantly call in and complains. I would not count on them banning people who roam too much unless they are flagged for other reasons as well. Aside from roaming, many of it customers, including me, just uses too much data (tethering) monthly and I believe that is a bigger issue.. but all to his own about this
