I have attached 2 CAB files, and 1 zip file containing the way to get flash to work in Opera 9. Install either one of the *.cab files, or extract the *.zip file to \Windows\*.*. Personally, I use Juggalo_X Official Flash Lite 3.1 CE-OS 20757.cab, as I have found it has the best results.
