I took a look in c/windows but can't find the cab files.
in c\windows are only 7 cab files :
JETCET5_PPC_v5.0.904.9.CAB
HTCMMSProviderCAB_20080506.CAB
GoogleMaps-2.0.1.33-ms-htc-compress.cab
provision.zip
WM6_PPC_HTC_Opera9_NL.CAB
PT_Manila_REG.cab
Opera_NLD.CAB
non of them shows siggns of the voice tags or the Dutch MP3 Trimmer
