htc pro wont connect to pc only charges
I have an HTC Pro from USCellular and my phone was working and then all of a sudden it stopped letting me connect through the usb on my computer. I am using windows xp. I have uninstalled activesync on computer and installed again...didnt work. I also did a "clear storage" on my phone to start over again and that didnt work either. active sync works through the exchange server but when I plug my phone into the computer it just charges the phone. My computer does see the device. I also tried different cables and even with different computers...nothing works.
Please help me if you can
