I doubt it, I have never used my TEP coverage (knock on wood) but that looks more broken (accidental) than if the whole piece had fallen off.
They may let you cover it under insurance, meaning you'd have to pay the deductible (isn't $50?). But I doubt they'll just replace it since they probably tell you it broke because of something you did; even if you didn't... I'm just saying this from the way it looks.
